Everyday Wellness
The foundations I come back to again & again
Simple, sustainable ways to support your health without making wellness another full-time job.

Before adding supplements or advanced testing, I want the foundations in place. They are unglamorous, well studied, and they do more work than almost anything else.
The short list
- Protein at each meal to steady blood sugar and support muscle
- Consistent sleep and wake times, with morning light exposure
- Daily movement, plus two sessions of resistance training each week
- Hydration with adequate minerals, especially if you sweat or train
- One reliable practice that lowers your stress load
How to actually keep them
Pick one, attach it to something you already do, and hold it for three weeks before adding another. Consistency at a modest level outperforms an ambitious plan you abandon in ten days.
Wellness should not become a second job. The goal is a small set of habits that hold up in a busy season, not a protocol that only works on a perfect week.
